We bake in tight weekend runs from a small Barrie kitchen. The recipes are Sri Lankan kade and home favourites: flaky chicken patties, peppery fish buns, crisp fish rolls, mini pizzas the way they're served at a counter back home.
Everything is mixed, rolled, and baked by hand on Friday and Saturday, packed in kraft boxes, and ready for pickup Saturday and Sunday. Nothing is held over to the next weekend.
